What You'll Do:
- Get Hands-On: Machine apprentice test pieces and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, and grinders.
- Problem-Solve: Inspect, troubleshoot, and ensure worldclass product quality.
- Innovate: Develop engineering processes and design, test, and create tooling.
- Lead: Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
What We Need:
- Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum of 4 in Maths).
- Passion: A strong interest in engineering—show us your projects!
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others.
- Learner: Eagerness to develop new skills.

Working Week: 37 Hours per week over 5 days

Benefits:
You will not automatically join the Company pension scheme on your start date but can join if you wish to do so. The Company currently pay a contribution level above the specified minimum requirement and therefore you can decide to either pay nothing or a percentage contribution to suit your personal circumstances. The Company will make a contribution of 10% of your basic salary plus shift premium (where applicable), regardless of your contribution.

Things to consider. Traveling daily during the first year, term time, to BEMA in Yate, Bristol. When not at BEMA, commuting to the SKF site in Clevedon.
