The British Engineering Manufacturers' Association (BEMA) was founded in 1936 with the aim of benefiting member companies through mutual assistance. Today, it stands as the largest engineering trade association in the South West of England.
BEMA has established a dedicated training centre to aid in the recruitment and training of apprentices, graduates, and the workforce, addressing the critical shortfall of trained, qualified engineers. This commitment is reflected in our collaboration with Swatpro, which prides itself on nurturing engineering talent through expert training.
