Celebrating Engineering Apprenticeship Success
Our recent Engineering Awards Evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of this year's apprenticeship completers. We were delighted that 10 of the 17 successful apprentices were able to attend and be recognised for their hard work, dedication and commitment.
The cohort achieved an outstanding 100% EPA success rate, with excellent grades across the board:
- 41% Distinction (7 apprentices)
- 47% Merit (8 apprentices)
- 12% Pass (2 apprentices)
These results reflect not only the apprentices' determination and professionalism but also the support and encouragement provided by their employers throughout their apprenticeship journey.
It is particularly rewarding to see these individuals now demonstrating their knowledge, skills and behaviours within their companies, making valuable contributions to their teams and the wider engineering sector.
A special thank you to our End-Point Assessment partners. ETC Awards assessed our Machinist apprentices, while EngEPA assessed our Engineering Fitters and Fabricators. Both organisations are excellent partners to work with, and we greatly appreciate their professionalism and support in helping apprentices achieve their full potential.
