Some of our members make use only of our apprenticeship schemes while others have us assist them with everything from their Health and Safety requirements to running their payroll. Highlighted here are a few of the more popular services available to BEMA members.
Employment Law Helpline Advice on most employment issues is available over the telephone. We maintain a very close liaison with one of the regions leading practitioners of “Employment Law” so you can be assured that the information provided will always be accurate and in line with current legal opinion.
Contracts of Employment For one single payment, starting at £80 + mileage, we will produce your Contracts of Employment. This provides for a visit to your premises the end result of which will be a master contract from which you can produce future contracts, and if required on the day individual contracts for each employee. We also guarantee that for as long as you remain a BEMA member these contracts will be supported, and when required updated, completely free of charge.
Risk & Fire Risk Assessment BEMA is able to offer a complete Risk and Fire Risk Assessment service to its membership. This includes a complete physical check of the members premises and equipment, the construction of a report and recommendations and in the case of the Fire Risk assessment a completed floor plan. Then an annual revisit as part of the five step approach to Risk Assessment.
Payroll We can provide the complete payroll service. From processing your regular payroll, be it weekly or monthly through to all interaction with HMRC including completion of all documentation. BEMA can take away from you what can be one of the most time consuming and stressful areas of running your business.
