Thomson Aero Ltd is a medium sized Aerospace Engineering Company operating in Frome. The business manufactures a range of components for the aerospace and defence sectors.

Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to liaise with external assessment bodies on accreditation processes are required.

With a proactive approach, you will strive to improve quality processes, working with all departments to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

You will have significant experience of managing effective quality teams within the aerospace industry, leading projects and empowering your team to achieve results.

Experience of operating ISO9001 and AS9100, involvement in quality system audits and knowledge of statistical process control would all be an advantage.
